Within RMC’s Saint-Ephrem campus a new 7,600 sq ft R & D facility is being established. The facilities will be devoted to Black Box Solutions projects, prototyping, and materials research and testing.

- CAD designer
- Shop Supervisor
- 2 mold makers
- 1 prototyper

- CMM and dimensional analysis

- Hybrid Resin Transfer Molding (HRTM, cast epoxy tooling only)
- Reaction Injection Molding (RIM)
- Cast epoxy tooling for low-pressure DCPD
- Vacuum-assisted Resin Transfer Molding (VARTM)
- Hand lay-up/spray-up (HLU/HSU, prototypes only)
Branch plant: Sainte-Clotilde de Beauce
Located in the Beauce (Chaudières-Appalaches) region of Quebec, this 30,000 sq ft plant is devoted to the following processes:
The firm owns the land and buildings. RMC Quebec currently runs two 10-hour shifts (from Monday to Thursday) and three 12-hour-shifts (Friday to Sunday).
